South West
The Brain Injury Social Work Group in the South West is led by Jackie Burt, who is also the Vice-chair of BISWG. The South West group covers a very large area which includes Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset and Avon. Jackie often plans meetings which are solely for the Brain Injury Social Work Group but also organises meetings in conjunction with UKABIF and Headway.
All meetings are free of charge and open to all professions. In addition to their educational value these are great networking events. Free refreshments are available at all events.
