Mission Statement

Working to raise standards in brain injury social care

 

BISWG was registered as a charity on 11th May 2010. Its Governing Document is the Memorandum and Articles of Association incorporated 04 December 2009 as amended by special resolution 21 April 2010

Its Objects are To advance the education of the public in particular people with a brain injury, their families and carers and professionals working within the field of brain injury, by the provision of seminars, conferences and forums and the provision of grants to attend educational courses on the subject of brain injury and by any other means as the trustees may determine.

BISWG Ltd is not able to provide assistance/guidance with individual cases to members.
It is a group principally for Social Workers (though we welcome other professionals working in this field)
Its aim is to provide an information and networking resource for its members.
All members of the committee have employment in the brain injury field and their work with BISWG Ltd is voluntary in addition to this.
